From time to time as appropriate Dance UK's HDP will post summaries and information about recent, current and proposed research projects that may be of interest to the wider UK dance profession.
My name is Anjali Pathak and I am a third year medical student at St George's, University of London. As part of my degree I am required to complete a research project. Due to my dancing background, I was drawn to exploring joints and occupational injuries in dancers. It is not compulsory for you to answer this survey, but your participation in this study is part of a continual process of improving health care for dancers and may benefit others in the future. It will take around ten minutes of your time, and your participation would be appreciated very much.
I am surveying dancers over the age of eighteen who train regularly. The survey allows you to remain completely anonymous.Your name and contact details are asked at the end of the questionnaire if you wish to be considered for further interviewing, but this is your choice and it is not compulsory. Your name and contact details will not be used in any other way, asides from contacting you should you agree as well as the results of my research if you are interested.
Copy the address bellow into your search engine to fill the survey:
I am happy to answer any questions or provide any more information you would like. I am contactable on email@example.com.
