Services Provided: |
Initial assesment will be done through discussion and observation with palpation, passive, active and resisted movements for diagnosis. Treatments will include deep friction, trigger point, muscle energy techniques, body sculpting, passive stretches, mobilisation, general massage techniques and where appropriate a deeply relaxing, rhythmical slavic massage. Stretching and movement exercises will be given to help with rehabilitation and to prevent adhesions and scar tissue build up. Treatments will also include, where appropriate, the use of high quality essential oils utilising their many effective properties, reducing inflammation, muscle spasm, bruising and healing time. |
