Services Provided: |
As well as thorough holistic or deep tissue massage for body maintanance work , I can also provide assessment of soft tissue injuries and look for any postural problems that may be leading to recurring injuries. After the assessment a complete series of tretments will follow, which will include massage, stretching, articulation of joints and rehabilitation exercises. I also offer workshops in how to prevent and look after injuries for dancers which includes techniques that can be done on your own or with partners in how to relax important functional muscles and create space in joints that becomes stiff and blocked. |
