How entrepreneurial are you? How might this and other aspects of your personality affect your success as a professional dancer and might this also help you to be successful in your future career(s)?

An ex-dancer and Dance UK member now working as a manager for one of the biggest dance companies in Europe is collaborating with two leading experts in personality to measure what successful professional dancers have in common, and what they feel are the most important contributing factors in their success.

There is very limited research in this area, and your contribution as a professional dancer would be of tremendous value in developing a better understanding of what dancers need to be successful, apart from raw talent. We will be sharing the results with both dancers and managers in our sector.

Please consider taking part in this study and help us by spreading the word amongst your fellow professional dancers - the more responses we can get the better the evidence and the stronger the argument will be for finding new ways of making the most of the enormous amount of talent, dedication and sheer hard work in the dance community.
