Step Change may be for you!

Step Change provides professional development opportunities for early-mid career individuals already working in the arts who are keen to make a step change within their career. It aims to broaden the scope of possibilities for people from a range of backgrounds who might not realise their potential as future leaders. 

Is for individuals who:

  • have proven experience working for arts organisations
  • who have the ability or potential to play a management/producing role
  • are passionate and ambitious about developing a career as a leader in the arts
involves:
  • Mentoring (approximately one hour every six weeks)
  • Masterclasses (full time 30 April – 4 May; six half-day sessions June onwards)
  • Secondments at Host Organisation (approx 40 days, between June 2012 and February 2013) 
  • Coaching and Networking with peers and industry professionals
