Staying healthy in training and performance

Here are a useful set of resources that will help you stay as fit and healthy as you can be throughout your professional life and training. Chose from books, information sheets and free downloads from notable dance medicine and science conferences. The Healthier Dancer Programme is here to give you in depth information about health and injury prevention and if you do need to see someone about a health issue then you can use our directory of medical and healthcare practitioners who specialise in dance.

For a full list of our dance health and professional practice books, information sheets and posters please visit the online shop at  www.danceuk.org/shop. Please also visit the Healthier Dancer Programme's health FAQs for detailed resources on dancers health.
